Overview

Intelligence is an AI-powered assistant designed to help you get more out of Insight Cloud. It’s accessible from the ✨ AI page in the platform and offers explanations, directions, and recommendations tailored to your context, role and defined goals.

Instead of searching through documentation or trial-and-error in the platform, Intelligence brings answers to you, in natural language, right where you’re working.

What Intelligence does

Explains platform functionality. Get clear answers about how features, roles, subscriptions, and apps work.

  1. Recommends apps. Ask for recommendations based on goals, retailers, datasets, or use cases.

  2. Guides onboarding. Walkthroughs for new users, teams, and workflows.

  3. Solves navigation questions. Quickly locate apps, settings, data sources, or account tools.

  4. Provides contextual help. Directions based on the page, app, or workflow you’re currently viewing.

How to use Intelligence

  1. Click the ✨ AI Icon in the sidebar

  2. Type a question or task (“Subscribe to an app,” “What apps help me manage sales”).

  3. Review the response and follow suggested links or recommendations.

  4. Ask follow-ups to refine or expand the result.

💡 Note: Intelligence guides you through tasks step by step when appropriate, or points you directly to the right page.

When to use it

Use Platform Concierge whenever you need direction, definitions, or help choosing the right path inside Insight Cloud.
