"Publisher storefront not found" message when viewing the Seek Storefront

A user reported that when they went to load the Seek Storefront, they were routed to the app store and sent a message “Publisher Storefront not found”

What is happening or what is needed
The Seek Storefront should load!
Walk us through it step by step
1. Navigate to the app store 2. Search for a Seek App 3. Click on that to load the details 4. Scroll down to storefront and click on it. 5. NOTE: you are navigated to the app store.
