Cannot edit Contact Us text fields with notification panel open

The customer reported an issue where text fields within the 'Contact Us' section become uneditable when the notification panel is open. This prevents the user from providing feedback on the notification panel while simultaneously viewing it. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Click on the notification bell. 2. Click on the profile icon and select 'Contact Us'. 3. Attempt to type into the text field. The text field locks and does not accept input.
