Cannot edit Contact Us text fields with notification panel open
The customer reported an issue where text fields within the 'Contact Us' section become uneditable when the notification panel is open. This prevents the user from providing feedback on the notification panel while simultaneously viewing it. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Click on the notification bell. 2. Click on the profile icon and select 'Contact Us'. 3. Attempt to type into the text field. The text field locks and does not accept input. Notification count click unresponsive on Insight Cloud
Customer reports an issue where clicking the numerical notification count adjacent to the bell icon on the Insight Cloud platform does not open the notification panel. The panel only opens when the user clicks directly on the bell icon. This behavior was observed on 2026-08-11 using Chrome 8.0.0.0 on Windows NT 10.0.
