Event End Date Cannot Be Cleared After Initially Set

A user reported an issue where an event's end date, once added, cannot be cleared or removed during subsequent edits.

When an end date is added to an event, it cannot be cleared or removed during subsequent editing of the event.
Walk us through it step by step
1. Create or edit an event. 2. Add an end date to the event. 3. Attempt to clear or remove the previously set end date during a future edit. Expected: The end date can be cleared. Actual: The end date cannot be cleared.
