Incorrect Username Display in Welcome Message

Customer reported that the welcome message "We're glad to see you again, @user." on home pagedisplays "@user" instead of their actual name.

The welcome message "We're glad to see you again, @user." displays "@user" instead of the user's actual name.
Walk us through it step by step
1. Navigate to https://cloud.seekinsights.com/. 2. Observe the welcome message "We're glad to see you again, @user." where "@user" is displayed instead of the user's name.
