Notification count click unresponsive on Insight Cloud

Customer reports an issue where clicking the numerical notification count adjacent to the bell icon on the Insight Cloud platform does not open the notification panel. The panel only opens when the user clicks directly on the bell icon. This behavior was observed on 2026-08-11 using Chrome 8.0.0.0 on Windows NT 10.0.

What is happening or what is needed
The numerical notification count next to the bell icon is not clickable to open notifications; only the bell icon itself is responsive.
Walk us through it step by step
1. Navigate to https://cloud.seekinsights.com/. 2. Locate the notification bell icon with an associated numerical count. 3. Click on the numerical count. 4. Observe that no action occurs. 5. Click on the bell icon. 6. Observe that the notification panel opens as expected.
