UI Bug: menu item appears clickable but is unresponsive

Customer reported an issue where the item within a popout menu appears clickable but is unresponsive. When hovering, the item changes to a grey color, indicating a clickable state. However, clicking the item does not trigger any action. The issue was reported on 2026-08-11 from a Windows NT 10.0 system using Chrome 8.0.0.0. A recording of the issue has been provided.

What is happening or what is needed
When hovering over a menu item, in a popout menu, the item visually indicates clickability (turns grey) but does not respond to clicks.
Walk us through it step by step
1. Navigate to the specified URL: https://cloud.seekinsights.com/org/40592325-1ca8-41dd-8529-55d2eda1dc1/apps. 2. Locate the popout menu that contains 'GoPuff'. 3. Hover the mouse cursor over 'GoPuff'. Observe that the item changes to a grey background, suggesting it is clickable. 4. Click on the 'GoPuff' item. Observe that no action occurs and the item remains unresponsive.
