Creating Custom Role from an existing role does not copy permissions
When creating a custom role and copying from an existing role as a base set of permissions, permissions are not actually copied over. You are just left with a blank new role.
User Level and Team Level App Access Confusion
Users, specifically administrators, have noticed confusion in the application when revoking app access from a team / user, but users still have direct user / team. The successful revocation is reported, but the user still has access to the app.
UI/UX Feedback: Org Settings Page Improvements
Customer submitted feedback regarding the user interface and experience on the organization settings page (URL: https://cloud.seekinsights.com/org/03b548bf-4d21-4f48-934a-0f7fbec4187/settings). The feedback includes three main points: 1. **Organization Name Visibility**: The organization name is not easily visible unless on the specific settings screen. A suggestion was made to include it in the sidebar header. 2. **Addons Area Design**: The "addons" section is perceived as poorly designed, with vertically stacked switches. The customer suggests adding explanatory text next to each switch (potentially leveraging existing tooltips) or replacing them with feature flags. 3. **"Delete Doc repo" Button Clarity**: The function of the "Delete Doc repo" button is unclear. The customer recommends adding a dedicated explanation section for this feature.
UI Bug: menu item appears clickable but is unresponsive
Customer reported an issue where the item within a popout menu appears clickable but is unresponsive. When hovering, the item changes to a grey color, indicating a clickable state. However, clicking the item does not trigger any action. The issue was reported on 2026-08-11 from a Windows NT 10.0 system using Chrome 8.0.0.0. A recording of the issue has been provided.
Incorrect Breadcrumb Display on First-Level Settings Pages
The customer reported that breadcrumbs are incorrectly displayed on first-level settings pages, specifically referencing https://cloud.seekinsights.com/org/03b548bf-4d21-4f48-934a-0f7fbec4187/customization/homepage-widgets. The expectation is that these pages should have empty breadcrumbs, similar to other first-level settings pages. A back button or breadcrumb navigation should only appear when navigating one level deeper into the settings.
