Subscriptions
Subscribe to apps from the App Store to view in your workspace.

Overview
A subscription is what makes an app available inside your Insight Cloud workspace.
Subscriptions define how the app is billed and when its access renews.
When your organization subscribes to an app from the App Store, that app becomes accessible in My Apps, where users can launch it and begin exploring insights, based on their workspace permissions.
Only users with the appropriate admin or purchasing permissions can subscribe to apps. If you don’t see a subscribe option and believe you should, contact your workspace admin.
💡 Note: Before subscribing, make sure your workspace has a sufficient Wallet balance to cover the app’s cost. If the balance is too low, the subscription cannot be completed.
See→ Wallet to learn more about how balances and subscriptions work together.
💡 Note: Subscribing to an app and being able to view or use an app are different. App access is controlled separately through teams, roles, and permissions.
What is Data Access
Data Access indicates that an app comes with a certain amount of necessary data but only a defined subset of the publisher’s full data. Data Access is configurable by app.
Subscribers can choose their desired Data Access during app subscription.
How to subscribe
Open the App Store from the sidebar.
Browse or search for the app you want.
Open the app’s detail page to review:
App description and use cases
Data requirements (Most apps are quick-access apps and include the data they need to run. Some apps also support bringing your own data)
Pricing and plan options
Select Subscribe (if available).
Choose a subscription frequency (if applicable).
Confirm any wallet reload necessary
You’re subscribed.
Once confirmed, the app is added to your workspace.
What happens after you subscribe
After subscribing:
The app appears in My Apps
The subscription shows in Subscription Management
Billing is reflected in Wallet
Admins can assign access to users or teams
The app is ready to use as soon as access is granted.
Subscription Frequencies
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions renew each month for a set amount. For subscriptions that start in the second half a month, a pro-rated subscription amount is set until the next full monthly billing cycle. Please note, as a first time subscriber to an app, you will not be able to cancel your renewal until the end of your first full month.
Price changes to monthly subscription amounts need to be made with a 30 day grace period for the subscriber to review and either accept or opt to not renew.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions renew each year, on the date of purchase of the subscription. Changes to the subscription price need to be made with 30 days of notice to the subscriber, allowing for cancellation if desired.
Delinquent Subscriptions
Payments not made within the subscriber's payment terms, will be marked delinquent and lose access to apps immediately, until the debt is settled.
By default, subscribing orgs have N/30 payment terms, while N/60 and N/90 are also available. Upon being marked delinquent, payment terms are updated to N/0. This does not allow wallet funds to be used until the credited amount is paid for.
Subscribing to a collection
If you subscribe to a collection in the App Store:
Your workspace is subscribed to all apps in that collection
Apps appear individually in My Apps
Access can be managed per app or as a group
Collections provide a faster way to activate multiple related apps at once.
