Overview

Every app on Insight Cloud relies on datasets that refresh on a defined schedule. Data Freshness helps you understand what time window your app insights are based on.

Data Freshness gives you transparent visibility into:

  • When the app last ran its analysis

  • How recent the source data is (“source data” is the data powering the app-model)

  • When the next analysis is scheduled (based on your variant settings)

Data Freshness fields explained

Analysis as of

The date the app last ran its calculations using the available data.This represents the most recent analysis cycle, not necessarily the most recent data.

Data as of

How current the underlying dataset is. This shows the freshness of the raw data, independent of the app’s analysis schedule.

Next Scheduled Analysis

The date the app is next expected to run its analysis based on the cadence set by you or your organization. admin. This helps you anticipate when updated insights will appear next.
