Personal Settings

Manage your personal profile, password, and preferences in Insight Cloud.

Overview

Your Personal Settings page is where you manage your profile information, update your password, and adjust preferences that apply only to you. These settings help personalize your Insight Cloud experience while keeping your account secure.

Where to access Personal Settings

Select your profile avatar in the top-right corner.
Choose Settings from the dropdown menu.
Personal Settings will appear under the General section.

Your profile details help colleagues identify who you are and understand how you use Insight Cloud.

What settings you can manage

✅ Updating Profile Details

Update the information displayed to your teammates:

Profile picture
Upload an image (recommended size: 256 × 256px) to personalize your account.
First and Last Name
How your name appears across the platform.
Role
Your assigned role within Insight Cloud. Roles determine what you can access and do.
Organization
The workspace you belong to.
Job Title
Optional field for context within your team and for AI capabilities
Email Address
Used for login and notifications. Contact your admin if it needs to be changed.

✅ Password Changes

You can change your password at any time for added security.

To update your password:

Enter your current password.
Create a new password that is strong and unique.
Confirm the new password.
Select Change Password.

💡 Note: Updating your password will sign you out of all active sessions on your devices.

Tip: Some organizations use Single Sign-On (SSO). If SSO is enabled, password management may happen outside Insight Cloud.
